Repair of Jimsen western guitar.

A "Jimsen" western guitar made in China on March 20, 2015.

The guitar has a few impact injuries on the deck and an inside rib is off.

It was bought cheaply in a solid carrying case.

The guitar had been handed in at 4sound in Copenhagen, which assessed that the guitar

in value could not carry a repair as they estimated at 2000, - kr.

The repair is to remove the bridge, remove the glue greased on the cracks in the guitar deck.

The cracks in the guitar deck must be glued with transverse veins on wooden moldings and the loose ribs must be glued.

The bridge must be glued on the deck when the lacquer is removed.

I made the following small video clip with a sound sample, There is some wind noise,

but it's hard to avoid going to an outdoor concert here in Agger. The guitar is a little sharp in the sound,

but it may be because it has been lying around for years without being played.

The guitar is assembled and strung with new strings, and ready to get back on the road again.
